Family with children vacation spot

The hotel connected to a mall was super convenient, especially for the kids, we easily found food options right outside our door! The staff was very professional when I left my camera battery-got it back safe and sound in Europe, wow!

It wasn't cheap, but still tolerable.

The loud washing machine can be bothersome for those doing laundry. it's best to take care of it early. The outdoor spa was out of commission during my visit, and you can't grab a drink without stepping outside the hotel, which might not suit everyone. Additionally, the separate spa facilities for men and women limit couples wanting to enjoy that together. Room service left much to be desired. the Pad Thai was disappointing, although they did refund it after I complained.

I stayed in a Deluxe Premium Double room for four nights. The location is unbeatable, right next to Terminal 21 and the BTS station. The room offered a great city view, and I loved the spaciousness. The bed was comfortable, and they provided complimentary snacks in the minibar. The outdoor infinity pool was impressive, providing a fantastic place to relax. The breakfast had a good variety but ran out of food at times, which was disappointing. While the staff were generally friendly, some seemed a bit overwhelmed during busy periods.

Our stay at Grande Centre Point Hotel was mostly wonderful! The location near the BTS made exploring Bangkok easy. The views from our Grand Deluxe Double Room were stunning, adding to our experience. However, the air conditioning was a bit too chilly for my liking. Overall, a memorable trip!

Helpful staff and convenient location.

Our experience was a nightmare from start to finish. To make matters worse, we were given the wrong room and had to move, which ruined our evening. Housekeeping consistently provided insufficient towels for three guests over three days.
